Our dedicated support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM AST. During peak enrollment periods (September and January), we extend hours until 8:00 PM and offer weekend support on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Video Consultation Booking

Schedule one-on-one video calls with our academic advisors for personalized guidance on course selection and career planning. Sessions are available Tuesday through Thursday afternoons, with advance booking required through your student portal or by calling our main number.

Support Ticket Tracking

All inquiries receive a unique tracking number within 2 hours of submission. Technical issues are prioritized during active course periods, with resolution targets of 24 hours for critical issues and 72 hours for general questions during regular business periods.
